  • DB Chest Press (Heavy) – 4 sets – 12, 10, 8, 6 reps
  • Dips – 4 sets to failure – add weight to keep reps below 20
  • (Super Set) Chest Fly Machine – 4 sets – 12, 10, 8, 6 reps
  • (Super Set) Push-ups – 4 sets to failure
  • Seated Overhead Tricep Press – 4 sets – 12, 10, 8, 6 reps
  • Incline Close Grip DB Chest Press – 4 sets – 12, 10, 8, 6 reps
  • Wide Underhand Grip Pulldowns – 4 sets – 12, 10, 8, 6 reps
  • Incline DB Fly – 4 sets – 12, 10, 8, 6 reps
  • Single Arm Overhand Pulldowns – 4 sets – 12, 10, 8, 6 reps
  • Cable Chest Pushdowns – 4 sets – 12, 10, 8, 6 reps
  • Close Grip Cable Pulldowns – 4 sets + drop set – Pause reps to failure
