  • (Super Set) Push-ups – 4 sets to failure
  • Close Grip Tricep Pulldowns (Heavy) – 4 sets + drop set – 12, 10, 8, 6 reps, failure
  • Incline DB Press – 4 sets – 12, 10, 8, 6 reps
  • Standing Overhead Tricep Press – 4 sets – 12, 10, 8, 6 reps
  • Incline DB Fly – 4 sets – 12, 10, 8, 6 reps
  • Cable Rope Pulldowns – 5 sets – 15, 12, 10, 8, 6 reps
  • Cross Body Machine Chest Press – 4 sets – 12, 10, 8, 6 reps each arm
