  • (Super Set) Push-ups – 4 sets to failure
  • Overhead Cable Tricep Extensions – 4 sets – 12, 10, 8, 6 reps
  • Cable Lower Chest Raise – 4 sets – 12, 10, 8, 6 reps
  • Single Arm Reverse Grip Tricep Pulldowns – 4 sets – 12, 10, 8, 6 reps
  • Incline Close Grip DB Press – 4 sets – 12, 10, 8, 6 reps
  • Barbell Skullcrushers – 4 sets – 12, 10, 8, 6 reps
  • High Cable Chest Crossover – 4 sets – 12, 10, 8, 6 reps
