My name is Matt and I am an avid weight lifter, I’m 5’8″ and weigh in at about 162 lbs. I’ve been lifting on and off for about five years now and have recently started helping some friends and coworkers reach some newly set workout goals. I thought this format would be a good way to not only log my workouts but to create a set of workouts for my friends and anyone else. When I leave the gym, I come home and write up the workout that I have just completed. There will be some days where I can’t make it to the gym and I will come up with a workout so that there aren’t too many gaps. I’m not a personal trainer nor do I have any formal training. I’m only sharing what I’ve learned while lifting with numerous partners and the information I’ve gained through research. I won’t claim that any of this is correct or that it’s some magic plan to get “yolked out of your mind”, but it’s worked for me. These workout plans are made with the idea that you already have good form, have the equipment to do them, and that you have some experience in the gym.
